Refund Policy

This website is operated by The Privacy Co, a corporation, incorporated under the laws of the state of New York.

For Monthly subscriptions, we do not offer refunds. You may, however, cancel your subscription and it will terminate prior to the next monthly billing cycle. To cancel your subscription, please contact support@theprivacy.co or log into your account.

For Annual subscriptions, we offer a 30-day refund period from the date of purchase during which we will refund 90% of the purchase price (effectively 11 months of the annual period). To request a refund, contact support@theprivacy.co using the same address you used to purchase the software bundle. After this 30-day period, no refunds will be granted. You may, however, cancel your subscription and it will terminate prior to the next annual billing cycle. To cancel your subscription, please contact support@theprivacy.co or log into your account

Please note, that if you cancel or refund your membership, your subscription and the licenses for the software or services included in the bundle will no longer be valid. You will lose access to the bundled software. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have your data backed up before terminating your membership. We are not responsible for any data loss you may incur.
